Masters Academy Online is the professional development and conference arm of The Master's Academy of NW Florida, Inc. — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution serving educators and families since 2003.
Our conferences and workshops are designed by practitioners — educators who have been in the classroom, written IEPs, taught students with diverse needs, and led schools through real challenges. We bring that same credibility to every professional development experience we offer.
Whether you're a classroom teacher, a district administrator, or a school counselor, our programs are built to give you tools you can use the very next day.
Every program is research-grounded, practitioner-designed, and built for the real demands of today's classrooms.
Multi-day professional learning events delivered in a fully digital format — available as district in-service training or individual professional development.
Targeted half-day and full-day workshop training for school teams — aligned to IDEA, FAPE, and state educator professional development requirements.
A growing library of practitioner-developed resources — classroom tools, research briefs, IEP guides, and strategy handbooks available to conference participants.
A two-day professional development webinar for PreK–12 teachers, special educators, school counselors, and district administrators. Every session is research-grounded and immediately applicable — covering autism spectrum disorder from preschool identification through adult transition planning.
